Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales and deliveries of products purchased by consumers at www.bobendixen.com ("Webshop") which is owned and operated by Bo Bendixen ApS, company registration no. 44372436, Værkstedsvej 34, 5500 Middelfart, Denmark, phone number: (+45) 30 30 98 72 (hereinafter referred to as “Bo Bendixen” or “we”).

1. Placing orders

Before submitting your order, please carefully revise your order-, payment-, delivery- and billing address information. It is not possible for us to change your order after the order has been confirmed, neither in product, size, address information or anything else.

You are responsible for entering the correct information yourself. In case of incorrect entry of address information resulting in incorrect or no delivery of your package, Bo Bendixen is not responsible for sending a new package to you and there is no right to a refund. If we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will issue a credit note for the package as soon as possible. Bo Bendixen is not obligated to resend the package to you. If you discover that you have entered incorrect information, please contact our customer service team by sending an email or contacting us by phone as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order and you can order again with correct information. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a receipt by email where we confirm that we have received your order. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that the order is not binding upon us at that time. A binding agreement between you and Bo Bendixen has been entered into when we confirm by email that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular product or if the product ordered is out of stock.

2. Payment

Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa and VisaDankort. When placing an order, the order total will be reserved in your account and the payment will only be charged on your account once your order has been shipped. No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than that authorized by you.

All credit card transactions on our Webshop are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts all your card details.

3. Prices

All prices on our Webshop are applicable retail prices for our products. The price of a product displayed at the time your order is accepted will be honored by Bo Bendixen, although Bo Bendixen reserves the right to make typographical errors, system errors or other causes of mispricing of a product.

Bo Bendixen cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes or fees that may be added to a product ordered from our Webshop. Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and delivery

We strive to dispatch the same day if the order has been submitted before 10pm Danish time (CET). We process your order as quickly as possible and typically ship within 1 – 2 business days (if delivery in Denmark) and 2 – 5 business days (if delivery outside Denmark). During sales periods, public holidays or other events, extended delivery times may occur.

When placing an order, you can only select the delivery methods available in the check-out flow and cannot change this after placing the order. If you wish to make changes to your chosen delivery method, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible so they can cancel your order and you can place a new one yourself.

Delivery times and costs depend on the delivery service on the applicable domain. You can find the specific shipping information and prices in the check-out flow. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the parcel.

If your order is delivered to a pick-up point, please remember to pick it up before it is returned. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by Bo Bendixen.

5. Canceling an order before dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email or by phone during our opening hours.

It is only possible to cancel your order if we have not started processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel the order if the order is in the process of being or has already been packed by our warehouse. If your refuse to receive the order by either refusing home delivery or failing to pick up the parcel at the pick-up point, you will be charged a free for the return costs.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Withdrawal

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires 30 days after the day you receive your order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from the day of receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to info@bobendixen.dk and use the form immediately below.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the order without notifying us at the same time.

Returns

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. You must pay for the postage and other costs associated with the return. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by Bo Bendixen. When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. You are liable for the goods from the time of delivery, and you are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse.

The return payment for the package will be refunded to you as soon as the package is received and processed by our warehouse. We reserve the right to withhold payment until the package is received. When returning one or more items, please make sure to get a receipt for the posting of the parcel when you hand over the parcel. This is your proof that the package has been returned to us and you should keep the posting receipt until you receive notice from Bo Bendixen that your returned parcel has been received and processed.

We only accept parcels sent directly to the above address. We do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops, drop points or collection points and do not refund the costs associated with returning the parcel or any resending of the return parcel.

Send your return to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the purchase. Include clear information with the order number and full name that you used for the purchase.

Remember to pack your goods responsibly. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product. You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. If the original packaging is missing, the value of the goods may be impaired. The item must be in its original packaging. The item must not have signs of wear, stains, damage, or smells of external odors. Clothing must have tags. Items in boxes must be wrapped and labels must not be placed directly on the box.

Bo Bendixen will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase, and we are not able to refund to another payment account.

We will refund the purchase price together with the original freight costs (however, not any additional costs incurred as a consequence of you opting for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery) less any loss of value.

7. Exhanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please do so by placing a new order on our Webshop. Please return the item you do not wish to keep to our warehouse. See how to return an item in the above section regarding right of withdrawal and returns.

8. Defects

When you shop at Bo Bendixen, the applicable warranty rules for product purchases are in accordance with current consumer legislation. This means that you have a warranty period of 24 months when you have a valid order number and can show proof of purchase in our Webshop. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If you are entitled to a refund, this will take place within 14 days after we have approved the complaint.

9. Reservations

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content on this Webshop. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, out-of-stock items and other unintentional errors on our Webshop. Bo Bendixen can only be held responsible if it follows from Danish law.

10. Personal data policy

The following customer information is requested by Bo Bendixen when you shop on our Webshop:

-       Name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the product to you.

You have the right to know what data we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. 11. Right of appeal

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact us by email: info@bobendixen.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to:
