When placing an order, you can only choose the delivery methods that are available in the check-out flow, and cannot change this after placing the order. If you wish to make changes to your chosen delivery method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that they can cancel your order and you can place a new one yourself.

If your order is delivered to a parcel shop, please remember to pick it up before returning it. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by Bo Bendixen.
