Terms of Trade
These terms and conditions (“Terms of Sale”) apply to all sales and deliveries of products purchased by consumers from www.bobendixen.dk (“Webshop”) which is owned and operated by Bo Bendixens ApS, CVR-nr. 44372436, Værkstedsvej 34, 5500 Middelfart, Denmark, tel. no. +45 30 30 98 72 (hereinafter referred to as “Bo Bendixen” or “we”).
1. Order
Before placing your order, you must carefully review your order, payment, delivery and billing address information. It is not possible for us to change your order after order confirmation, whether in product, size, address information or anything else.
You are responsible for providing correct information. If you enter incorrect address information that results in incorrect or no delivery of your package, Bo Bendixen is not responsible for sending you a new package, and there is no right to a refund. If we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will issue a credit note for the package as soon as possible. Bo Bendixen is not obligated to resend the package to you. If you discover that you have entered incorrect information, please contact our customer service team by sending an e-mail or contacting us by phone as soon as possible, so that we can cancel the order and you can order again with correct information. Shortly after your order, you will receive a receipt via email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this receipt is not a final order confirmation and that the order is not binding on us at this time. A binding agreement between you and Bo Bendixen is concluded when we confirm via email that your order has been sent.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we do not receive payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, or if the ordered product is out of stock.
2. Payment
Payment can be made with MasterCard, Visa and VisaDankort. When placing an order, the order's payment amount is reserved on your account and the payment will only be debited from your account when your order has been shipped. We do not charge any credit card fees. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than what has been approved by you.
All credit card transactions on our Webshop are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts all your card information.
3. Prices
All prices on our website are current retail prices for our products. The price of a product displayed at the time your order is accepted is adhered to by Bo Bendixen, subject to typos, system errors or other reasons for incorrect pricing of a product.
Bo Bendixen is not responsible for any customs duties or other taxes that may be imposed on an item purchased and shipped from our Webshop. This customs duty or tax must be paid by the customer/recipient.
4. Shipping and delivery
We strive to ship orders placed before 10:00 AM the same day. We process your order as quickly as possible and typically ship within 1 – 2 business days. During sales periods, holidays or other events, extended delivery times may occur.
Bo Bendixen offers GLS as a delivery service, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. When placing an order, you can only choose the delivery methods that are available in the check-out flow, and cannot change this after placing the order. If you wish to make changes to your chosen delivery method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that they can cancel your order and you can place a new one yourself.
Delivery time and costs depend on the delivery service of the applicable domain. You can find specific shipping information and prices in the check-out flow. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the package tracking number.
If your order is delivered to a parcel shop, please remember to pick it up before returning it. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by Bo Bendixen.
5. Cancelling an order before shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email or by telephone during our opening hours.
It is only possible to cancel your order if we have not started processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of the order if the order is in the process of being or has already been packed by our warehouse. If you refuse to receive the order by either refusing home delivery or failing to pick up the package at a parcel shop, you will be required to pay a fee for the return shipment.
6. Cancellation and return
Right of withdrawal
Bo Bendixen offers a 30-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@bobendixen.dk and use the standard cancellation form immediately below.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time.

Return
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. You must pay postage and other costs associated with the return. Costs associated with return shipping are paid by you and are not covered by Bo Bendixen. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly to prevent damage during transport. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery and you are responsible for the package arriving at our warehouse.
The return amount for the package will be returned to you as soon as the package is in our possession and processed by our warehouse. We reserve the right to withhold payment until the package has been received. When you return one or more items, you must ensure that you obtain a receipt for the delivery of the package when you hand over the package. This is your proof that the package has been returned to us and you should keep the delivery receipt until you receive notification from Bo Bendixen that your returned package has been received and processed.
We only accept packages sent directly to the above address. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops, drop-offs or collection points, and do not refund the costs associated with returning the package or any resending of the return package.
Send your returned goods to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the purchase. Enclose clear information with the order number and full name that you used when purchasing.
Remember to pack your goods properly. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods. If the goods have been used in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, this may result in a decrease in the value of the goods. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get part of the original amount back. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging. The goods must not show signs of wear, stains, damage or external odours. Clothing must have tags. Goods in boxes must be wrapped and labels must not be placed directly on the box.
Bo Bendixen will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase, and we are unable to refund to another payment account.
We will refund the purchase price together with the original delivery costs (but not any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest type of standard delivery) less any loss in value.
7. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please do so by placing a new order on our Webshop. Please return the item you do not wish to keep to our warehouse. See how to return an item in the above section regarding cancellation and returns.
8. Complaints
If you shop with us, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months when you have a valid order number and can show proof of purchase in our Webshop. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If you are entitled to a refund, this will take place within 14 days after we have approved the complaint.
9. Reservations
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content on this Webshop. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, out-of-stock items and other unintentional errors on our Webshop. Bo Bendixen can only be held liable if this follows from Danish law.
10. Personal data policy
The following customer information is requested by Bo Bendixen when you shop on our website:
- Name, address, phone number and email address. We register and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. 11. Right to complain
